Just because we’re on lockdown doesn’t mean we can’t keep fit. Step away from the snack cupboard and come join our virtual classes via Zoom from the comfort of your own home.

  • Thursday 6.30 - 7.00pm - Cardio and core blast
  • Saturday 9.00 - 9.40am - Body Sculpt
  • Sunday 9.30 - 10.00am - Cardio and core blast
  • Tuesday 7.00 - 7.45pm - Pilates

Cardio Blast is a 30 minute HIIT body weight circuit and Body Sculpt is a toning class focusing on stabilising and strengthening your core, arms and legs. Classes are just £3 each or £25 for a whole month.

Meet Susan

 

Susan Macfarlane

I have 18 years’ of experience in the fitness industry as both a personal trainer, fitness instructor and
nutrition coach.

I LOVE my job and there is nothing more rewarding that working with a client to help them achieve
their fitness and diet goals and watching their confidence grow. I don’t believe in faddy diets, and as
a huge foodie, I’m passionate about educating my clients on how they can eat delicious and
nutritious food to fuel their bodies.

Changing your fitness and diet requires a big commitment and I know how daunting and confusing it
can be to do it alone. I’m here to provide you with the help, motivation and guidance to make real
and sustainable changes to your lifestyle. All I need is your commitment!

Qualifications:

  • Active IQ Level 3 Personal Trainer diploma
  • Active IQ Level 3 Pilates diploma
  • AfN Level 3 & 4 certified diploma in Nutrition
  • RSA Exercise to Music
  • Qualified Metafit, Body Combat, RPM, CXWORX, Spinning, Aqua Aerobics and freestyle fitness instructor

One-to-one or Buddy Personal Training

After an initial consultation, we’ll create a bespoke and sustainable plan that helps you achieve your short, medium and long term fitness and lifestyle goals. These fun, varied and progressive sessions can be carried out in the comfort of your own home, garden, workplace, or outdoors. You will also receive personalised nutrition and lifestyle coaching. These sessions can take place on either a one-to-one basis, or with a friend/partner.

Nutrition

Fuel your body, feed your soul.

Is your nutrition up to scratch, or are your cupboards hiding a multitude of sins?! Proper nutrition is essential for the success of any fitness programme, and we’re here to help you make good nutrition a habit. We’ll come to your house and have a detailed chat with you about your lifestyle, nutrition and food shopping habits. We’ll then work with you to develop a nutrition plan to ensure you get the best from your meals. This service can be taken as a stand-alone or as part of a fitness package.

Group training sessions

Get your friends together for fun and challenging fitness sessions. We offer a range of different sessions such as Metafit, circuits, body and core conditioning to suit the needs of your group.

Outdoor fitness

Fancy a healthy dose of fresh air with your fitness?
